生春巻きが美味「アプサラス」♪

今日は、待ちに待った日。
緊急８割支給の休業日！！
不景気は困ったモンだけど、お休みは助かる♪

母と2人で、ベトナム料理屋「アプサラス」でランチ。
西条にあるカンボジア人夫婦が切り盛りしてるお店。
ここの生春巻きは絶品。

久々の来店でしたが、奥様が覚えていてくれました！
今はダンナの実家なので、近日写真をアップしますぞ。(しました！）

ランチ後は、同期の赤ちゃんに会いに行ってきました。
6ヶ月になる女の子。可愛かったぁ〜！！
プニョプニョで抱きしめると、あのタマラない幸福感♪
赤ちゃんって、どんな有機野菜より心のデトックス。
ロールケーキ食べながら、お喋り。

幸せをおすそ分けしてもらいました。

夕方からは、知人夫婦と「マッコリ＆ミヂミ大会」！！
夕方5時過ぎから、マッコリとビール片手にチヂミに舌鼓。

久々にタラフク飲んだのでした。

楽しい一日でした。

Today was off because of business depression.
We have to make one day off and we can get 80% payroll for this day.
Actually it's great day for me!! haha

I went to Vietnamese restaurant "APSARAS" for lunch with mom.
This restaurant is managed by Vietnamese man and wife.
Egg roll is wonderful here.
I'd not been there for a whild but the wife remenbered us!
I don't have the pictures of them right now, so I'll attach here in a few days.

After lunch we went my friend's place.
She has 6 months baby. She we sooooo pretty and make us happy.

From early evening we had a party.
We enjoyed Korean alcohole "Makori" and Korean "okonomiyaki".

We drank a lot!!
What a happy day!
